The Mackie HD1221 2-Way 12″ High-Definition Powered Loudspeaker delivers 1,200W of power via ultra-efficient Class D Fast Recovery amplification, perfect for smaller venues that still demand high-output. High-definition audio processing results in unmatched clarity and performance, while custom-designed transducers and system tuning by EAW provide complete system optimization. Ideal for portable applications and installs, the HD1221 is flyable and the rugged, all-wood enclosure features a monitor position with a steep angle that’s perfect for the stage. Three user-selectable voicing modes ensure the right tone for the application, including an optimized setting for use as a stage monitor.

• Compact and lightweight cabinet is made from 15mm thick birch plywood with internal bracing and a durable black paint finish. It also has a powder-coated steel grille to protect the drivers
• Custom-designed EAW transducers include a 12″ neodymium woofer and a 1.75″ titanium compression tweeter to provide crisp, natural audio with a wide frequency response
• A custom-designed rotatable 90 x 50 horn created by Martin Audio lets you adjust the speaker for vertical or horizontal use
• The speaker has a 60° monitor angle for maximum coverage on stage
• Internal Class-D amplifiers with Fast Recovery circuitry provide a combined peak power of 1200W for an incredibly strong performance with low distortion. The efficient amplifier design results in extremely clean audio and high SPL levels
• Built-in HD digital processing includes patented acoustic correction, transducer time alignment and phase correction, and a precision 2-way crossover. All of these elements combine to deliver the best sound experience possible
• You can choose between 3 user-selectable voicing modes, letting you adjust the tuning and tone of the speaker to fit your specific application
